I was attempting to help a good friend of mine purchase her first vehicle. The car itself was great and reasonably priced- I will give them that. However, the terrible customer service combined with the lies and deceit that come as a package deal with your purchase is repulsive. Their business is not reputable at all for the following reasons.
The woman who sold the car to us was A LIAR, her attitude was atrocious, and we STILL DON’T HAVE A CAR WE PAID FOR IN FULL. We also spent almost $80 in gas driving on a wild goose chase to retrieve a car that we can't even drive.
If you do not have the time to read this review, all I request is that you DO NOT purchase anything from this so-called "dealership".
Bottom line: DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. Treat yourself to buying a car from a business, not a garage full of scumbags.
We drove all the way back to the dealer, only to hear them tell us that the car needed to be inspected by our mechanic in order to receive 20 day plates from them.
We got the car inspected by a mechanic we trust, and lowered the price by $700. We then put a $300 down payment on the car. We returned a few days later and paid the full amount. We were told we could not take it home unless it was registered.
By this point we were all aggravated, but we took it to get it inspected anyways. The mechanic we trust told us we needed it registered in order to get a sticker that would match the official plates; versus a sticker that would match the temporary ones.
Clenching our teeth, we went to the town hall to register the car upon request. We were then told by the town hall clerk that there was an error in trying to register the vehicle because the car needed valid 20 day plates from the dealer.
I would rate this place negative stars if I could. First of all, bought a camper and it also was advertised "as ready to go". It too needed a large amount of work to get roadworthy. The woman was very pushy and rude. I would stay clear of this place and go to a reputable business. I went to pick up my camper, they had to jump start it...when I got it home, I would not start and as it turned out an electrical problem was causing this- not a battery..real nice. Also, when they were working with my bank issuing the loan, they admitted they lied to the bank. The guy who works there, actually stated he told the bank it had a bunch of options it didn't have to increase the value (in order to approve the loan). Evidently, the bank was questioning their prices being high. They were real pushy about getting me to pay and were annoyed that I had to get a loan. I would stay clear of this place as they are shady... telling me they lied to my bank is pretty bad.
We proceeded to take the car to get it registered again; 20 day plates in hand, and we were once again shot down. The town hall clerk told us that the dealer did not even have the title to the car. THEY SOLD US A CAR THEY DO NOT EVEN OWN. On top of that, the “dealership” told us it could take up the full 20 days for THEM to receive the title, and another 4-6 weeks for US to receive it.
Bought a camper there, needed major work to be road worthy- cost me several thousand dollars doing the work myself. They were very pushy and called me several times a day after I left a deposit. I would never buy anything there again.
